Her work is premised on the notion that all individuals are uniquely designed to be successful in a particular area of life, which if properly identified serves as an internal motivator for success. 

With over 15 years’ experience as a communicator and problem solver with well-developed skills in Strategy Development, Research and Analysis, as well as, Qualifications and Certifications in Law, Business Consultancy, Life-Coaching, Emotional Intelligence, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Child Psychology and The Montessori Adolescent Programme (in view), Orifie is poised to be Africa’s Secret Weapon for fulfilling potential.  

She is the author of three books so far; The STARMom Mommy Manual: A Busy Mom’s Guide to Raising 5-STAR Children; How to Pinpoint Purpose in 10 Easy Steps; and MESchool: A Guide to Self-Actualization. She is also the Creator of 3 efficacious Self-Actualization Programmes - MESchool; MESchool for Young Adults; and The Career Choice Support Programme. So far, she has supported scores of individuals, both within and outside Nigeria, along their path to a successful life.
